You cannot go swimming or submerge your tattoo until it is fully healed.
Going swimming and/or submerging an unhealed tattoo in water would affect the healing process and invites the risk of infection.
However you should always wash your tattoos when healing, do this with a non fragranced/antibacterial soap and water then pat dry.

After your tattoo is completed your artist will wrap over the tattoo with cling wrap which can be removed after 2-4hrs.
Once its time to remove wrapping, wash your hands then give the tattoo a gentle wash with an unfragranced/antibacterial cleanser and water, then pat dry. Wash your tattoo daily.
Once cleaned let the tattoo air until the skin is fully dry, it is important to let your tattoo breathe after each wash.
Apply thin layer of aftercare to the tattoo, just enough to make the skin shine. Apply daily, 2-3 times a day until healed.
